Fresh Flowers

Fresh flower bouquets and other fresh floral products are available for local pickup only, unless otherwise stated.

Pickup details, including the scheduled pickup date, time, and location, are provided during checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Customers are responsible for collecting their orders during the designated pickup period.

Orders that are not collected during the designated pickup period may be considered abandoned and are subject to our Refund Policy.

At this time, we do not ship fresh flower bouquets.

Dahlia Tubers, Rooted Cuttings, Seeds & Other Eligible Products

Eligible products may be shipped within Canada unless otherwise stated.

Shipping rates, methods, and estimated delivery times are provided during checkout.

Orders are generally processed in the order they are received; however, shipping timelines may vary due to seasonal demand, weather, crop conditions, inventory availability, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Certain products may be sold on a pre-order basis.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Offtype Flowers is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather events, labour disruptions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may require additional shipping charges before being resent.

Risk of Loss

Title to and risk of loss for shipped products passes to the customer once the order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Local Pickup Orders

Customers selecting local pickup are responsible for collecting their order during the designated pickup period.

If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, they will be deemed authorized to do so.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

If an item becomes unavailable due to crop failure, quality concerns, inventory discrepancies, disease, weather, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to delay, substitute (where appropriate), partially fulfill, or cancel an order. If an order cannot be fulfilled, our sole obligation will be to refund the purchase price of the affected item(s).
